Maison Tarbouriech
60 years of oyster and mussels farming
For over 60 years, the Tarbouriech family has lived and worked on the shore of the Etang de Thau, close to the sea and nature.
Over the decades, Florent, Sabine and their children have transformed the family oyster farm into a flagship for shellfish farming and eco-tourism in the Mediterranean.

Innovation
At the very core of Tarbouriech development
It was in 2006, with the invention of the Marée Solaire®, that the company reached a milestone.
