Our CSR trump card: combining the power of innovation with the age-old wisdom of traditional know-how and techniques. Using solar energy to recreate controlled tides in the Mediterranean that sublimate our oysters is one of our best-known inventions.
This spirit of innovation drives us to constantly explore the biological richness of our environments, farming methods and environmentally-friendly technologies.

A demanding approach
In 1998, the company embarked on a demanding approach to quality and continuous improvement, to offer our customers shellfish of the highest quality, healthy and ultra-safe.
A forerunner, our group is certified to the highest international standards:

Obtaining the Organic Agriculture label in 2012 on a part of our oyster and mussel production crowned our unwavering determination in favour of total quality.

Responsible for its impact

That’s why, for more than 25 years, the Tarbouriech team, with the support of Médithau, has been taking a socially responsible approach to its actions: the company is not just an economic player, but also a social entity, responsible for its impact on the environment and on people.
For us, it is vital that our activities do not degrade resources or the planet, but on the contrary enhance our environment. This positive economy remains our quest, our values and our CSR.
