Our oysters are delicately pre-opened at the hinge.
This technique allows us to keep the oyster closed and not damage its muscle, guaranteeing freshness, liveliness and quality!
Freshness
The oysters are then vacuum-packed to ensure that their shells remain watertight and that they retain their water. Not a drop escapes from your net.
Finally, all our oysters are shipped on the day of their harvest. And that makes all the difference!

The answer is simple: by not opening them! With the pre-open, you are sure not to hurt yourself, you don’t get dirty and you don’t get upset.
