Our oysters are delicately pre-opened at the hinge. This technique allows us to keep the oyster closed and not damage its muscle, guaranteeing freshness, liveliness and quality!

The oysters are then vacuum-packed to ensure that their shells remain watertight and that they retain their water. There’s not a drop left in the tank. Finally, all our oysters are shipped on the day they are harvested. And that makes all the difference!
How do you open oysters safely?
The answer is simple: if you don’t open them! with the pre-opened one, you can be sure you won’t hurt yourself, you won’t get dirty and you won’t get angry. In short, you save time when sharing it with family and friends. If, however, you would like to become a professional shucker, don’t hesitate to follow our advice.
